It Really Is Winter . . .

We have been so fortunate to not have had much ice or snow this winter, however, we were hit Monday afternoon with a doozie. Rain and sleet laid down a layer of ice beginning early Monday afternoon and then we received a layer of snow on top of that yesterday. The schools are closed including Missouri Southern State University. The temps are supposed to be above freezing by tomorrow with 50's predicted by Saturday. Yea!!!!!

In case you happened to see the foreign money I had posted on my blog, I'd like to report that the lot of money sold for $376. Who would have thought!!! I guess the two valuable notes were the ones from Brazil.

I may try to go in to the church and work this afternoon. I'm about to get cabin fever!
