On Saturday, August 4, 2007, we attended the reception for our good friends, Ron and Sue Dean, where they celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. It was held at the Community Chapel Church--the church that Ron and Sue built. There was a good turnout to wish them well.
Today, August 6, we visited a wonderful friend who is recovering from a bone marrow transplant. He has been through some tough times, but God has been with him and the treatment seems to be working.
Lauren is currently attending a camp as an advisor in Minneapolis--she will be gone until Friday so Allison is staying with us some this week while she's gone. We always enjoy having her stay with us.
Sally was also here today and groomed a total of 8 dogs--two of ours, two of Pams, two of Frans, and one of Nancy's. It's pretty busy around here for a few hours, but we enjoy it--especially today visiting with Fran and Sarah.
